We must try to convince those in D.C. to treat us like real Americans by allowing us to be able to vote and run for president of the United States.
We should not be discriminated against by not being allowed these rights. What OUR U.S. president does has an effect on the Marianas and other territories — military buildup, federalization, funding, etc.
We have many friends and relatives from the NMI who are fighting and dying for our country. Hopefully one day, we will have a voting delegate as well.
I have faith in America and hope to see the day where ALL Americans can vote and run for U.S. president.
