BANMI President Elias Rangamar announced in an e-mail yesterday the first scheduled tryout for the CNMI Women’s National Basketball Team will be on Sunday, Jan. 18.
Female players who are interested to attend the try out should come to Gilbert C. Ada Gymnasium at 10 a.m.
The local cagebelles, he said are highly encouraged to attend the try out to showcase their basketball skills and talents.
Please come in the proper basketball attire (basketball shorts, shirt, athletic shoes), and bring along a water bottle and towel.
