Bureau of Public Safety Patrol Division Chief Ismael Aguon said that the suspects were in a vehicle when they were spotted by the police officers.
The suspects vehicle was pulled over and the suspects were arrested.Aguon said the incident was reported to the police on January 30 at 11:10 pm.According to Aguon, a woman was sitting on her parked vehicle when an unidentified man approached and reached inside the vehicle and grabbed her purse.The suspect run and got in the vehicle which was waiting in a distance.The vehicle was later spotted by the officers and was pulled over.The incident is under investigation.In other news, a restaurant in Idid was burglarized on Friday and several hard liquor and beers were stolen.Chief Aguon said that the burglar managed to get inside the establishment by breaking the glass door.The suspect stole several hard liquors and beer.Aguon said no suspect has been identified yet and the incident is under investigation.
