The bedroom of Gordon Obeketang and his wife was totally burned according to Fire Chief Benhart Baulechong.
Baulechong said the fire incident was reported at 9 am yesterday.The fire originated at the living room of the house located at the basement level of the structure.The living room has also three bedrooms which were occupied by the couple and their two children.No one was at the living room when the fire occurred.The incident was discovered by Obeketang’s nine-year-old son Moses Sakai.The boy said they were all at the upper level of the house when he saw that the roof was already in smoke.The boy immediately told his mother. The mother immediately called police upon seeing that their house was burning.
