Associate Judge Ramona V. Manglona ordered Peter Reyes Lizama to report to the Department of Corrections at 8 a.m. on April 11, 2009.
He will be released on April 16 and placed on probation for the remainder of his one-year sentence.
Lizama will pay a fine of $800, a $25 court assessment fee and restitution in an amount that will determined later.
Lizama through his counsel, Assistant Public Defender Douglas W. Hartig, entered into a plea agreement with the government and pleaded guilty to criminal mischief on March 25.
Chief prosecutor Kevin Lynch represented the government.
In exchange for the plea, the government agreed to dismiss with prejudice the other charges against Lizama.
The government also agreed to withdraw its previous motion to revoke Lizama’s probation for his previous criminal case.
The court stated that failure to comply with the conditions set by the court constitutes a violation of the suspended sentence and will subject the defendant to revocation proceedings.
Manglona set a review hearing for May 27, 2009.
Lizama was charged for damaging the side mirror of a vehicle owned by Florence C. Sablan on July 12, 2007.
