CNMI Customs Biosecurity cadets and drill instructors spent time last week to clear the neglected trail at Laderan Tanke, Marpi. The trail is a 2.5 hour, 2-mile (3.2-kilometer) loop through the forest. Along the way you may see such birds as rufous fantails and nightingale reed warblers. The trail is now accessible for all ages, and all hiking levels from beginner to experts can explore! General caution is advised as the terrain has rocky areas.
