Patrol Division Chief Ismael Aguon thanked the assistance of the Minister of Justice, Minister Johnny Gibbons, NgaraMetal Association, Peter Gayman, Neco Plaza, Jannie Wong, Palasia Hotel and Vance Basilius during the goodwill games held at the Meyuns Softball Field last week.
Aguon was one of the law enforcement officers who participated in this year’s The Goodwill Law Enforcement Baseball Tournament.There were three teams that vie for the championship title—Palau’s Belau Force, CNMI-Customs and Guam Department of Corrections.CNMI team defeated the two-year defending champion Belau Force and emerged as champion after the game. Belau Force team placed second while Guam team won third place.The event aimed to foster camaraderie, goodwill and good working relations between law enforcement within the region.
