Patrol Division Chief Ismael Aguon said that the woman reported the incident to the police on March 13 at 1:56 am.
The police report indicated that the woman called and reported that she was assaulted by her stepfather at their residence in Airai.Police responded to the scene and learned from the woman’s stepfather that the woman also assaulted him.Police issued later citations to both of them for slapping each other.No arrest has been made, Aguon said.In other news, the police report also indicated that a worker of Dollar 99 store in Madelaii was also assaulted by a man on March 15, at 10:30 p.m.A woman also reported that her husband who was intoxicated caused disturbance at their residence on March 14 and assaulted two individuals.The police report indicated that the husband fled the scene after assaulting the victims.Meanwhile a woman and a man walked in to the police station and reported that they were assaulted by another person on March 15.The man reported that he was in his vehicle on March 15 when an unknown man approached and punched him in the chin.The incident happened while the vehicle was parked on a road in Topside.The woman in a separate incident reported that she was at the WCTC shopping center when an unknown individual slapped her back.
