OPA staff to visit Tinian, Rota

(Office of the Public Auditor) — To all appointed/elected Commonwealth officials, boards, councils or task force members or directors, commissioners, executive directors including acting (in excess of 90 days) executive director, managing directors, deputy directors, administrators, or similar positions on your board, council, commission, task force or agency:

The staff of the Office of the Public Auditor will be on Tinian on Monday, April 11, 2022 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Tinian Mayor’s Office, and on Rota on Tuesday, April 12, 2022 from 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Wednesday, April 13, 2022 from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Rota Mayor’s Office to notarize and accept filings of financial disclosure statements from government officials.

All filers are reminded to bring with them some form of valid photo identification, such as a driver’s license or a passport. Failure to do so may result in the denial of notary services.
