merchandise, and other services at the Tournament, the Committee hereby requests proposals from currently licensed companies experienced and capable of providing such services and wish to be considered for the following Contracts:
Concession Contracts to operate any or all of the following concession services: (1) food and beverage; (2) merchandise; and (3) other services as the Committee may later determine. The Contract term will be from June 19 to June 29, 2009.
The Committee will evaluate proposals and award a separate Contract for each concession service. Committee encourages proposers to submit proposals for one or more of the concession services.
The RFP Package will be available until April 24, 2009 during business hours at the Law Office of Michael A. White, Joeten Center, Susupe, Saipan.
A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 29, 2009 at the Conference Room at the Gilbert C. Ada Gymnasium.
Proposals are due no later than 4:00 p.m. on May 4, 2009 at the Law Office of Michael A. White, Joeten Center, Susupe, Saipan.
Proposers are required to pay a $50.00 non-refundable fee for each copy of the RFP.
The Committee assumes no obligation of any kind for expenses incurred by a respondent to this Notice or the RFP package.
