Patrol Division Chief Ismael Aguon said that police arrested several individuals for assault, disturbances and drunk and disorderly conducts.
Arrested were karn Ibert, 24; Livan Tucheliaur, 23; Raid Rik Rik; Julian Moon, 28; Smanderang Junior, 45.Ibert was arrested for malicious mischief and drunk and disorderly conduct while Tucheliaur was arrested for assault with dangerous weapon and malicious mischief.Rikrik and Junior were arrested for disturbing the peace while Moon for drunk and disorderly conduct.Aguon said that on Ibert was engaged in heated argument with another individual at the SLC parking lot in Malakal on Saturday morning.When police officers tried to pacify the argument, Ibert went wild so he was arrested by the officers.While at the police car, Ibert hit the window shield with his head shattering the car’s window.Ibert was brought to the hospital for treatment.Tucheliaur was arrested for assaulting a person and for throwing a rock at the victim’s car on Saturday morning.Rikrik was disturbing a residence in Ngerkesoaol on May 9.
