Do you condone your cabinet member using his official capacity in public office to make our inquiries a laughing matter?
We do not see anything funny about our public lands being mismanaged and abused, to include the abuse of public funds.
The inquiries that we had put forth are serious and warrant an immediate investigation.
What are you going to with this issue Governor?
Remember that your first days in office you ordered the abolishment of MPLA due to findings of huge and gross negligence, mismanagement, and abuse of public funds based on the Office of the Public Auditor’s report which, to date, is still unresolved and there is still no prosecution.
Governor, are you now ignoring the same issues with your cabinet member, Mr. John Del Rosario, secretary of Department of Public Lands? Will you bring criminal charges against him for gross mismanagement, negligence and abuse of authority?
Will you finally carry out your public statements that you will bring criminal charges to the fullest extent of the law to anyone involved with the abuse of authority and public funds?
We ask that you issue an immediate investigation into the activities of your CABINET member. Otherwise the people of the commonwealth will ultimately see that a cover-up has taken place in this administration.
It is now seven months until the general election and your cabinet member has done nothing but insult and disrespect the people of the commonwealth.
