To amend 13 PNC § 1102 in order to include certain locations in Peleliu and Angaur States as official ports of entry for the Republic of Palau.The bill names the official ports of entry in the Republic shall be the Malakal Harbor Ngardmau Dock, within the Ngardmau Free Trade Zone; Airai Airport; Peleliu Airport; and Angaur Airport.The Act shall take effect upon its approval by the President of the Republic of Palau or upon its becoming law without such approval, except as otherwise provided by law.
