Didn’t anyone tell you that the trial was serious and sensitive to include critical?
Didn’t anyone ever tell you that it was a case involving conspiracy to commit offenses against the U.S., wire fraud, theft concerning a program receiving federal funds and bribery?
Didn’t anyone ever tell you to sit up straight and not to chew gum in any court both local and federal?
Yes, of course, we were all taught and reminded constantly throughout our school years how and when to sit up straight and not to chew gum while class is in session. If you didn’t know, the courts also do not allow sunglasses, hats, caps, putting on your make-up, and being under the influence of narcotics or alcohol.
This also applies to small claims courts.
The answer is simple — one must RESPECT our JUDICIAL SYTEM both local and federal for without them we will have MARTIAL LAW.
It’s unfortunate that your were intimidated by serious-looking U.S. Marshals who are trained to do their jobs accordingly without a glitch, and it’s seems like your charm did not please them at all.
Now about the motive behind this whole fiasco and assumption of special treatment. I believe that if I were in Mr. Tony Guerrero’s shoe I would want the U.S government right next to me and if I had actually made it to the court hearings, I can guarantee you that I will be sitting next or with the government.
Now the biggest question is motive.
What drove you to file such a juvenile complaint? Politics, lack of attention or intentionally creating attention? Which one is it?
Let me guess. It’s an election year and most likely you’re planning to run for office and you need the VOTES, right?
Truly, this complaint is a sign of desperation and a lame excuse coming from a former House member who is emotionally blinded and ignorant that the people of the commonwealth have suffered enough from such illegal acts in our homeland.
The case of Pelisamen cannot be compared to the former lt. governor’s. Pelisamen is an ordinary citizen while Timothy Villagomez was the second highest elected official serving the people of the commonwealth in public office.
DUE PROCESS AND JUSTICE HAVE BEEN SERVED ACCORDINGLY.
