IT&E Dolphins in 4-game winning streak over Peleliu

Frank Cruz struck out four helping the Dolphins fielders hold Peleliu scoreless in three straight innings.

Omar drove-in one with a double, Ed Kapileo sent home a base runner with a go-ahead single and Larry Sebaklim sacrificed for another run scored as the Dolphins rally in the first inning.

In a losing attempt, Peleliu forced a four-run fourth inning but ran short of getting even as the Dolphins’ centerfielder New Techur and short stop Omar finished them off in the fifth inning.

Techur hit a two-run triple in the third inning as he went 3-for-4 with three RBIs.

Omar who went 2-for-4 had four RBIs.

Choll Aces 14, Trubak 6

Donald Pangelinan homered and drove-in two helping Choll Aces take the lead in the third inning and win against Trubak, 14-6. He went 3-for-4 and scored four runs.

Lucian George struck two in the first and second inning and six hits. At bats, he rocketed a three-run home run.

Heldon Fernandez hit two-run double in the fifth inning and drove-in a run in the first inning with a single.

Lancheros 13, Salty Boys 12

Joe Lizama hit a two grandslams leading the Lancheros rally past Salty Boys, 13-12.

The Lancheros were seven runs behind as Salty Boys’ John Kentaro hit a three-run homer and Percy Omechelang and Joe Mettao sliced solo home runs in the sixth inning.

John Maratita loaded the bases with a run-scoring single in the final inning before Lizama duplicated his third inning grandslam.

John Tomokane and Ben Tenorio both added run-scoring singles to complete an eight-run decisive inning.

John Aldan struck out two, gave up 17 hits and walked five.
