At the same time, it is with great sadness that I need to inform you that Mrs. Fermina M. Camacho from the same office needs to be further trained in the many aspects of serving the public in an agency that caters to needs. Most of times, she is so arrogant and plainly rude to applicants by openly displaying her hostile attitudes to her clients. She demands wheelchair clients to see her personally when applying, or for redetermination matters even if the Medicaid office is not fully wheelchair accessible!
In closing, Mr. Randy Aguon’s attitude of reasonably accommodating wheelchair clients should not go unrecognized and should be a model for all agencies serving the people based on needs. Thank you, si Yu’us Ma’ase yan Hafa Adai.
