I would like to inform the people of the commonwealth that prior to Mr. Anthony Guerrero’s federal indictment he was very instrumental in assisting TAOTAO TANO in the many serious issues affecting all consumers, which led to major discoveries of gross mismanagement due to self-interest and hidden agendas of some of the most powerful political families in the commonwealth.
Mr. Guerrero’s commitment, determination, cooperation is admirable, for it takes a lot of courage to stand up and speak the TRUTH.
I personally felt the sincere remorse in this young man who had been pressured and pushed to the wall and used as one’s pawn to carry out misdeeds in public office.
No one knew this, but prior to his indictment Mr. Guerrero and I sat down and discussed the issues that were to unfold and at the end of this discussion Mr. Guerrero and I made a commitment, a promise if you will, that he would deliver what was right for the people and we would support him all the way through regardless of the consequences.
I have always believe in leniency and that justice shall prevail fairly if one spoke of the TRUTH and nothing but the TRUTH.
Such an ordeal was heavy on Mr. Guerrero’s shoulders to include his family, especially his parents, but it’s over now, and it’s time to move on.
