Tournament contact person Liz Palacios said the selection for the Saipan tournament will be on first-come-first basis, meaning, the first 12 teams who will pay the entrance fee will be allowed to play.
To be held November 12 to 15, the 2009 Budweiser Kings and Queens of the Diamond’s final event will be participated in by teams from Guam, Palau and Pohnpei.
