When the Girl Scouts of the Northern Marianas was revived in 2012 after many years of hiatus, Marianas Variety hopped on board as a sponsor, donating advertisements, printed materials and sponsorships for the global nonprofit program designed to give young girls valuable life and business skills.
Then to the delight of many residents, with the help of its fellow district office in Japan, NMI Girl Scouts was able to bring the official Girl Scout Cookie Program for the first time to the CNMI just two years ago and it was a success.
