Associate Judge Ramona V. Manglona set the preliminary hearing for Yan Feng Su for June 4.
Yan Feng Su, 29, appeared in court for a bail hearing on Friday afternoon, and was represented by the Public Defenders Office.
According to the affidavit of Detective Steven A. Castro, the local drug task force of the Department of Public Safety conducted a buy-bust operation against Yan Feng Su on April 28, 2009. Castro said Yan Feng Su sold $250 worth of ice to a cooperating source in San Jose.
