The staff will also update the master list for the outer islands including Outer Islands High School in Falalop Ulithi, and Neighboring Islands Central High School in Falalap Woleai.
The election staff will concentrate effort in the creation of new lists for the two high schools because the lists which the high schools have used during the last congressional election in March of this year can no longer be used as most of the students whose names are on the present lists will have already moved to other places by next year.
This will be the second annual visit to the neighboring islands by the office since the last state general election on Nov. 7, 2006.
The state election office has been budgeted for an annual travel to the neighboring islands to do survey on voters registration as well as updating master lists with election board members on each of the islands.
