IBPC president Herman Sablan said they are in partnership with 11 educational institutions including the Northern Mariana Trades Institute.
“We have excelled in providing the trained individuals the CNMI will need,” Sablan added.
IBPC, he said, was established to help individuals improve their skills.
“The programs we offer can make a difference in a person’s life. Success is normally a result of good education and properly applied skills,” Sablan said.
He said IBPC has been serving the community in many ways, adding that its student population soared this year as the demand for its professional service programs continues to increase.
Aiza Domingo, IBPC student, is a registered nurse in the Philippine.
She enrolled at IBPC to review for the National Council Licensure Examination or NCLEX.
“The program taught me a lot,” she said. “I am also being trained in administration and management, leadership, work ethics, customer service and professional development. This training will enrich the professional and personal aspects of my life to help me reach my ultimate goal in the near future. Not only will I become a U.S.-registered nurse but also an effective team leader, supervisor and manager someday.”
Sablan said IBPC also offers certificate programs, PSS-certified credits to meet high school diplomas, skill training, professional preparedness, hospitality certificate programs and Occupational Safety and Health Administration general training.
“These are just a few of what IBPC offers to the community,” he added.
