The vessels FB LB Viva- 1, FB LB Viva- 2, FB LB Viva- 3, FB Gene-5, FB LB Noviro and FB KingVer came from General Santos City and arrived in Palau Port on June 2.
Palau Horizon gathered that there are about 35 crews on board the six vessels.The vessels are now under investigation after Palauan authorities suspected them of attempting to fish without securing a permit first.The vessels are said to be associated with a Palauan company and were here supposedly for fishing activity.However it was gathered that the vessels did not complete yet their documentations and did not have a permit yet when they allegedly try to fish in the waters.It was learned that the crews came under tourist visa.Palau Horizon gathered that the vessels after arriving at the Port on June 2, left the Port past 7 pm and went fishing.The vessels were recalled back to the Port and were subjected for investigation.
