Hayes assumes director of Bureau of Commercial Development

Moses was employed as the Manager of Maritime Safety Branch from 1998 to 2006 and as the Chief for the Division of Transportation and Communication from 2006 until 2008 prior it separation into two different divisions in which the chief was assigned to the Division of Transportation- a position he has served since June of 2008.
