THE Governor has been accused of being a “Godfather over a Criminal Organization – RICO” and like every criminal organization they have their own Mouth-piece (lawyer). Well, it seems the Governor, his lawyer Viola Alepuyo, the Senate’s Lawyer & Senate President have ALL finally gotten caught “RED-HANDED” and Sen. Paul Manglona has the PROOF. Thanks Senator Manglona, you’re AWSOME! I was literally flabbergasted when I read the letter from Senator Manglona to the Senate President & Speaker asking for an investigation as to WHY the Governor’s lawyer, who may have even written all the rules, was working with the Senate’s lawyer on the Impeachment Rules. WOW, talking about a bomb-shell! The main reason this Governor was still trying to run for office again is because he KNEW the “fix-was-in” and that he would definitely not get impeached. In fact, the Governor and POOR Vinnie have their signs up everywhere as if they are the front-runners, LOL!
One can only wonder how the LOYAL Republican voters are going to try and rationalize-away these new facts of criminal behavior. You would think an attorney would not be that stupid to get-in-over-their-head handling the Governor’s case given he is already facing RICO Indictments. But maybe she is one of those you-know-what lawyers that us-regular-folks are always talking about and seeing on TV in the movies. She contributed to the demise of the Retirement Fund, she worked for IPI to engineer “giving the Mariana Resort to IPI without a Lease” and now the illegal drafting of the Senate Rules. In-part thanks to her role, WE the People have a DEAD Retirement Fund and TWO white-elephants tied to her — the Casino and the Mariana Resort. I hope the Judge & her Family, whom I truly respect will accept my apology, as I know he may have had a conniption. But I hope they understand I don’t take any pleasure in writing this but it must be done FOR the People who want real JUSTICE!
One of the BIG UGLY Jokes on the People was by Senate President Hofschnieder who got in the newspaper gaslighting “there would be NO ex parte communications on Tinian for the Pika Fest.” He has some nerve when he is already all-over Social-Media in pictures drinking & laughing-it-up with the Governor. He also HAD-to-KNOW the Senate’s Legal Counsel was working with the Governor’s Lawyer to draft the Senate Rules and he also HAD-to-Know they were violating “OUR ethics code, the Rules of the Senate and the American Bar Association Rules of Professional Conduct” as Senator Manglona stated in his letter and the Senate Rules also violates the Open Government Act. The other BIG UGLY Joke on the People is that WE the People are actually paying these two lawyers to collude and sc*ew-us-all-around with rules designed to acquit the Governor-WOW! These ugly jokes on voters should be the “last-straw” for any Republican voters with an objective-eye and a working moral compass. It is truly time for the Governor to resign because he is going to take his lawyer and the entire ship of Republicans down with him figuratively. Thanks Gov. for HELPING the Democrats prove their case about your Poli-tricks and Dishonesty as the Impeachment and our Political Arena is turning into a real life “Godfather Story” — for TRUE!
The Governor also HAD-to-Know his lawyer was unethically and even illegally working on the Senate’s Rules which may have been part of the plan all along to Rig-the-Trial to guarantee he would be acquitted.
Maybe the Governor and his lawyer didn’t know that there are still some “honorable people” in the CNMI which is how the whistle-was-blown on this poli-tricking-skullduggery. Now we know WHY the Senate Rules were so Kaduku (crazy) but this should really be a “political death-blow for the Governor, the Senate President, the Senate Counsel and even the Governor’s lawyer.” There are two saying that come to mind: “you can hide your crimes or misdeeds, but eventually they will all come to light, as Good will always win-out over Evil, it’s just a matter of time.” Now readers can see why I have continued to remind the Governor that “time is on my side” and these events prove Ambrose is Right again for my critics in-the-cheap-seats who want me to write THEIR way. Well, “times-up” Governor, your Lawyer, Senator Hofschnieder, and Senate Legal Counsel, as you’ve been CAUGHT with the knife & blood on your hands figuratively! Thanks, Honorable Speaker Villagomez on behalf of maybe thousands of voters, for rejecting the Kaduku Rules that seem like they were written by the Governor’s Lawyer. I truly hope & pray FOR the People and OUR Commonwealth that the Feds will add these turn-of-events and the entire Crew of the Godfather to their RICO Case. FOR SURE to be continued: One people One Direction.
