Lee said the newsletter caters to the needs of the CNMI public who wants to learn to prevent, and prepare for and respond to emergencies.
He said the Red Cross newsletter is open to comments and feedbacks.
The first issue includes features of pandemic flu preparedness, CPR/AED first aid, how to be Red Cross ready and supporting military families.
It will be sent to emails of registered members on a quarterly basis.
The Red Cross was chartered in the CNMI in 1978.
To date, it has over 150 volunteer members who help in different Red Cross missions around the Northern Marianas.
