Meihua Rengiil was nominated by her manager, Akane Imaya. Rengiil joined Cartier not long ago.
However, she is energetic and inspires others to be energetic as well.
Rengiil not only speaks, but reads and writes in four languages: Korean, Chinese, English and Japanese.
Since DFS has customers from all of these countries, she is a great resource for shop operation.
Also, she learns quickly and does not mind doing extra work. Since she is a diligent worker, she meets time limits without fail.
Rengiil was hired in Feb. 2007.
Marie Sablan has the big responsibility of ensuring that in-store promotional activities and events go well.
Due to her positive attitude toward her work, she never hesitates to take on extra tasks.
She makes the very best efforts to create additional excitement for the store’s precious customers, immersing them in an excellent customer experience.
At the same time, she is expense conscious and a great arranger who finds ways to solve problems.
Sablan has been with DFS since Aug. 1999.
Both employees received a framed employee of the month certificate, a $100 cash award, and VIP parking for one month.
They are now eligible candidates for the 2009 DFS Employee of the Year Award in their respective categories.
