Sgt. Michael Rafael of the Patrol Division identified the woman as Xiao Dong Luo.
The woman was cited after she was caught stealing several rolls of tissues and napkins from the hotel Monday night.The incident was reported to the police at 7:30 pm.Meanwhile a 27-year-old man was arrested on Wednesday for disturbing the peace.The man was identified as Mtoched Hideo.Hideo was nabbed for causing disturbance at a residence in Diberdii, Topside, Wednesday night.In other police reports, a car was damaged when an 18-year-old man threw a rock hitting the windshield.The incident occurred in Dngeronger.Rafael said the suspect has been identified and is now being tracked down by police.A woman also called police on Monday night and reported that someone went to her residence in Madelaii and threw a blunt object at her car which was parked in front of her residence.
