Samuel Saunders was charged for sexually abusing a minor on June 25.
The affidavit of Officer Clark Willyander stated that 45-year-0ld Saunders on June 25 grabbed, hugged, kissed and fondled the victim’s private parts.The affidavit stated that the victim tried to push the defendant away but he was too strong.The affidavit further stated that defendant eventually released his grip of the victim.The victim immediately called her uncle and told him of her ordeal.The uncle accompanied the victim to the police station and reported the incident.
