Pacific Trading Co. Ltd., general manager, Charles V. Cepeda personally turned over to Little League District Administrator James Ada and Saipan Little League Inc., President Mike Borja the trophies in different sizes at the Pacific Trading office in Puerto Rico at 3 p.m.
The trophies are awarded to the champions, runner up, consolation awardees of majors, junior, senior and big Little Leaguers. Dozens of trophies for individual awards were also given to the group.
The PTC has been generously supporting the CNMI’s biggest youth sports program for the past many years, Ada said.
Cepeda said it is their desire to contribute to the Little League as they have always done in the past as part of their commitment to give back to the community.
Borja expressed gratitude saying that despite these economic hardships, PTC never fails to continue its support.
