VINCENT Deleon Guerrero Pua was arrested for assaulting two men on March 13, the Department of Public Safety said.
Pua was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon, assault, assault and battery, and disturbing the peace.
According to DPS, on Tuesday, March 15, 2022, police officers arrived at a residence in Garapan to conduct a welfare check on an individual after seeing video footage of Vincent Pua assaulting two individuals.
When asked about the incident, the individual stated that it happened on Sunday, March 13, 2022.
A follow-up investigation was conducted and on March 21, 2022, a search of the residence and arrest warrant for Pua was signed and authorized by Judge Joseph N. Camacho with bail set at $25,000.
The warrant was executed on the same day and Pua was served at the Department of Corrections.
Pua and Brandon Lizama Benavente were previously accused of robbing two women in Garapan on Sept. 8, 2021. That case is still pending in Superior Court.
No other information about Pua’s latest assault case was available as of press time Sunday evening.
