So he asks his clients about their training preferences and concerns before he a creates a schedule which should be sustainable and realistic.

He wants his clients to achieve long term success by focusing on single short-term goals.

For a client who has just given birth, for example, Diaz recommends postnatal exercises. These may include low impact aerobics, light weight training, walking, yoga, Pilates and swimming.

He also helps such clients find a balance between fitness training and motherhood.

If his clients are young females, Diaz teaches them  movements related to their school activities and events.

Diaz’s clients also include female athletes who need guided seasonal exercise and a nutrition approach that allows their bodies to rebuild and recover after extensive training.

Weight loss or management is a key goal for many of Diaz’s clients.

He said they require a daily awareness of the meals they take and must regularly exercise.

He recommends exercises that are enjoyable and can motivate a client to achieve short-term goals and  build new habits that can be maintained for long-term health benefits.
