“Everyone is encouraged to attend,” Zoning Board Chairman Henry S. Hofschneider said.
The board expects Kagman residents to raise “their concerns and issues” about zoning.
The Saipan zoning law took effect last Dec. 2008.
Last month, the board conducted a public consultation in Tanapag to seek the people’s feedback because an investor wanted to open a restaurant on a lot classified as a residential area.
The Zoning Board is also seeking input from business groups and members of the community regarding the gradual phase out of adult businesses from Garapan to Middle Road.
