Mcnalty Keriik Etibek appeared for arraignment on September 11 at 10 am in Melekeok.
Etibek was charged on August 19 for assaulting Laramy Adachi with a rock.The victim was at the Meyuns baseball field on July 24 when the 18-year-old Etibek assaulted him with a rock in the head.The affidavit of probable cause stated that Etibek was seen earlier drinking at the field and that he appeared out of nowhere and hit the victim with a rock at the back of his head.Meanwhile the man who burglarized J’s Outlet store and stole liquor, cigarettes and spam was also charged.Reagan Nao Lemei was charged with grand larceny, burglary and malicious mischief for burglarizing J’s Outlet store on January 18.Lemei appeared for arraignment on September 14.A court document stated that Lemei broke the glass window of J’s Outlet and stole one carton of Pall Malls cigarettes, one bottle of Fundador, one bottle of Tequila Sauza, two bottles of Fingers Whiskey, potato chips, spam and one detergent soap.
