Your effort to instill housing affordability in the CNMI is highly commendable. You saw to it that all your clients are protected and all your programs are very beneficial to all without partiality. Particularly, I am grateful of the new emergency regulations that you have put in place especially for the disabled and the aged. Through these regulations, you have made me a proud homeowner and my entire household is jubilant!
I would also like to acknowledge the hard work performed by my case worker Ms. Jenny Cepeda, and the effort of Mr. Jessie Palacios the credit and mortgage manager for patiently working through to put all documents in place.
Last but not least, I would like to also acknowledge the chairwoman of the NMHC board of directors, Ms. Marcy Tomokane, and all the members of her board for recognizing and approving without hesitation the emergency regulations mentioned above.
