U.S. District Court for the NMI Chief Judge Alex R. Munson imposed an additional 36-month jail-term against Manuel Aldan Sablan for violating an earlier judgment.
Sablan will have to pay a special assessment fee of $100 immediately after sentencing and perform 200 hours of community service.
Sablan, with two others, were arrested for conspiracy to distribute “ice” on Dec. 1 to 13, 2007.
