Laura S. Mangham who is the Project Director for TSP oriented her tutors with the idea of “Problem Solving”. What would a tutor do if any problems will occur during tutoring sessions, student field trips, and any other functions which involve the programs’ participants?
Angelio Anthonio and Jolene Joseph Academic Advisors/Counselors oriented tutors with dates where program services will commence, and what will the tutors do prior to TS participants’ field trip. Also, students with special need, will continue tutoring with the tutors for the rest of the week. Ms. Joseph and Mr. Anthonio clearly stressed out the need of tutoring logs to be turned in due to paper work and assessment of students in their studies. The Orientation was successful, though the presence of Principals was greatly needed. Understanding the reasons and options needed to be their school may take into consideration.
