Radio Vanuatu understands that the Vanua’aku Party, Union of Moderate Parties, Vanuatu Republican Party and the National United Party have held meetings to review the memorandum of understanding on the formation of the coalition government.
Detail of the meeting is not known but reliable sources said the senior party officials will report to their respective party presidents on the outcome of the meeting.
It’s understood that a possible reshuffle resulted from the election of the country’s new president last week, where some government members voted along allegiance to their provinces rather than political lines.
