EFFECTIVE March 28, 2022, the Family Court Division will be open through lunch with new business hours from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday to Friday except for holidays. The following services are available while observing safety measures pursuant to Supreme Court Order No. 2022-ADM-0003-MSC (Covid-19 Order No. 18, and as amended):
• General information about the Family Court processes and filing fees;
• Pro Se assistance and forms;
• Filing of petitions for temporary restraining order;
• Case activity for juvenile matters; and
• Referrals for other services such as mediation and paternity tests.
