(Commonwealth Utilities Corp.) — There is an emergency water service interruption Sunday, Nov. 7, 2021, 5:30 p.m. to Monday, Nov. 8, 2021, 6a.m., for customers in Kagman, Papago, San Vicente, upper Dandan homestead, Naftan and Obyan.
The emergency water outage is due to the low tank level in the Kagman water tank that supplies water service to the affected areas. Customers in the high elevations will experience low pressure to no water.
Operators identified four water wells that lost power supply this morning and these wells are currently back online. However, the tank level is not able to keep up with the demand. Operators will continue to perform leak detection in the Kagman area to identify any major leaks affecting the tank level. More updates for this emergency water outage will follow as soon as it is available.
CUC appreciates the public’s understanding during this emergency water service interruption.
CUC continues to work diligently to minimize any inconvenience to its customers. For more information, contact the CUC Customer Call Center (664-4282) or monitor its Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/CommonwealthUtilitiesCorporation/).
