JIN Feng Chun and Sun Hoo Kang shot 10-under-par 62 to win the Team NMI golf fundraising tournament at the Coral Ocean Golf Resort on Saturday.

The event raised funds for the team of golfers who will represent the NMI in the Pacific Mini Games that Saipan will host in June 2022.
In the fundraising tournament, Jin Feng Chun and Sun Hoo Kang dominated on the front and back nines to win the low gross competition.
Finishing second was the tandem of Brian Camacho and Fred Cataluna who scored 63.
Dung Tenorio, who is part of the NMI team, and his golfing partner Tony Satur took third place with a score of 66.
For the Double-Peoria category, Dave Jones and Sixtus Aquino shot a 2-under-par 70 to finished first.
Paul Kaipat and Franco Santos, also an NMI team member, finished in a tie for second place with Scott Schuller and Joji Tagutchi with a score of 70.4.
In the optional play, Kang shot closest to the pin: two feet and nine inches to the hole; Joshua Atalig was eight feet and three inches; Jose Tudela, eight feet and six inches; and Tim Goldwin, 12 feet and two inches.
Among the female participants, Jean Me Ae was six feet and two inches.
The NMI’s male team members are JJ Atalig, Peter “Dung” Tenorio, Harry Nakamura, Joe Kamikaze Camacho and Franco Santos while the junior male team members are Li Zhi Yun, Joshua Atalig, Antonio DLG Norita and Joey “Kazu” Dela Cruz Jr.
The female team members are Niramai Koebel, Rose Rohriner and Janet Torres while the junior female team members are Zhimin Jin and Soarin Oh.
