Part of Bridge Investment Group, LLC, Tinian Diamond Hotel has been expanding its offerings since it opened in 2020. Hotel Manager Zhang Qi Zhang (Jack) explains, “BIG was established in 2005 and devotes itself to USA Real Estate investment development, hotel operation and tourism development.”

Accommodations for every traveler
The hotel has a total of 17 units, says Zhang. Each room in the ground floor has two single beds. The second floor has five units, each one boasting two bedrooms, a living room and a balcony. The third floor offers a variety of bed sizes (singles, queen or king size). All second and third floor units overlook Tinian’s crystal-clear ocean.
Need more space? Tinian Diamond Hotel offers accommodations at its Tinian Diamond Suites, which is in a separate compound adjacent to Tinian’s Fiesta Grounds. There are 34 units with two-bedroom suites at this site.

Local staff, integrated experience
Tinian Diamond Hotel proudly employs local residents. Zhang said 100% of their 55 staff members are either CNMI local residents, U.S. citizens, EAD holders, green card holders, or long-term residents. He said they do not have a foreign worker with a CW1 visa, which is the work visa of CNMI foreign workers.
