ON Mother’s Day, May 8, show your love to a very important woman in your life by bringing her to 360 Revolving Restaurant.
“We don’t have buffets for Mother’s Day because it’s a special day and if we let moms walk to the line and get their own food, then they are not being treated well,” said 360 Revolving Restaurant managing partner Andrew L. Colburn.
“They deserve to be treated special, they deserve to have great services at their table — they deserve to be treated as No. 1,” he added.
For him and his business partner, Steve J. Nutting, “mothers are the most important in all our family’s life,” Colburn said.
Besides its famous panoramic view, 360 Revolving Restaurant offers dinner a la carte for mothers on Mother’s Day.
This includes a basket of Focaccia bread with olive oil and balsamic vinaigrette for appetizer followed by the fresh soup of the day, garden salad with grilled blackened chicken, tomatoes and Creole Aioli dressing.
There are three main courses to choose from:
• Grilled 8 oz. CAB herb crusted NY striploin steak with wild peppered Au jus sauce, lobster tail with alfredo mashed potato and veggies for $79;
• Grilled 8 oz. CAB herb crusted NY striploin steak with wild peppered Au jus sauce, grilled Pacific wahoo lemon butter caper with alfredo mashed potato and veggies for $59; or
• Grilled Pacific wahoo fish and grilled shrimp in spicy garlic lemon butter served on a sizzling plate with Spanish yellow rice and veggies for $49.
The special Mother’s Day dessert is chocolate crumbled cheesecake.
Children, for their part, will enjoy 360 Revolving Restaurant’s hamburger, spaghetti and other special stuff.
On regular days, from Tuesday to Friday, the restaurant offers lunch specials, served with soup and salad and choice of iced tea or lemonade, available for dine-in or take out.
On Tuesdays, 360 Revolving Restaurant serves chicken fajitas; on Wednesdays, fettuccine alfredo; on Thursdays, chicken inasal; and on Fridays, the 360 cheese burger.
