THE Governor just GAVE Sixto, who also helped Governor Fitial KILL the Retirement Fund, 80 million of OUR dollars to virtually manipulate at HIS discretion. It’s really tooooo much to give to Commerce alone when there is so many other things FOR the People that needs doing. The Governor is moving extraordinary amounts of money with NO Predetermined Justification Process that offers NO real Accountability for the 80 million of OUR Money just like he gave IPI our Community Chess millions WE will never see. For the sake of the CNMI I pray voters can see something is WRONG and WHY the 500 million from the Feds NEEDED to be budgeted by the Legislature. Hopefully, the powers-that-be are watching closely to make sure there are no shenanigans and adverse consequences FOR the People with OUR 80 million.
WHERE is the Bonus for RETIREES Governor since your Secretaries got a raise? He continues his same old “personal-intentions” behavior of the People being LAST like the wasted money with the South Koreans BEFORE giving to HIS People anything as I had to complain publicly before he even came up with the “Card-controlling idea.” Now he gives his Secretaries and other LOYALISTS a raise BEFORE giving the Retirees OUR Bonus that is now over a full year behind. For me it seems the Governor only thinks about helping or giving to the People AFTER I start complaining publicly so I hope the People can see the value and appreciate what I’m doing.
The Republicans plan for the election is also pure shenanigans with two separate teams running hoping they can confuse voters. Even the supposedly running mate with Arnold, Mayor Apatang is already full of shenanigans with his claimed to have been “fixing our address system” and refused to have any kind of Public Hearing even in sight of my public protest. WE the People paid upwards of a million dollars for the entire Address System when WE could have gotten it for FREE by using our Lot Numbers that businesses already use. Even the GPS Systems concern was shenanigans because the system works off “any number connected to that location” as long as its “sequential and non-repetitive for that street” — the address system was pure shenanigans.
Governor stop your shenanigans and: 1. Fix our Driver’s Licenses to comply with other states. 2. Get some REAL Blue Disability Decals that go on the mirror and trash the big card-board license-plates. 3. How about up-dating the outdated Food-stamp System with Cards since you like cards 4. Return Garapan to what it used to be — it’s a Ghost Town now 5. Several typhoons gave the island a hair-cut and we didn’t replant a single Flame Tree nor did we do anything to stop the jungles from growing back destroying the great views AGAIN! 6. Purchase a new generator with some of OUR millions and do something to DECREASE our electrical cost instead of giving Sixto 80 million to mess up. 7. Help build the Amelia Earhart Monument to boost the real reopening when it happens. 8. Pay-off ALL the “Land Compensation” as people are still blocking roads to get paid some 20 yrs. later. 9. Start a Government Run Pozzolan Business instead of your shenanigans to build a Torres-Family business in the Northern Islands with OUR money 10. Rebuild the Sugar Dock with “Olympic Standard Diving Boards & Platforms” as Republicans are SOLELY responsible for its deterioration. This is enough for starters so please DO something FOR the People and our youth before you spend all of OUR money Governor with your shenanigans! To be continued: One people One Direction.
