THE TRUTH of the matter is I must set the record straight so my daughters can hold their heads up high and hopefully to put an end to this newspaper talking about my record. My wife and I are tired of having to call our children to say they (the newspaper) are talking about my record AGAIN! Just to set the record straight, as there is NO shame in my game, as I’m better for it. I first got in trouble because three of my “so-call friends” asked me to take them to get some weed but while I waited in the car they went in and robbed a guy. He called the police and said he had been robbed and identified them and they went to jail. But they waited 18 months and cooked up a lie that I had engineered the robbery so they could get out. When the police called me I went in and told them the truth — that I didn’t know anything about a robbery. Well, the racist Judicial System in Memphis prosecuted me and Mr. Adams who was robbed even testified on MY behalf, as I had explained my situation to him and he knew I wasn’t part of the robbery. But I will never forget, Judge Beasly saying “just because you are a college graduate and a respected leader in the community, I’m going to make an example of you” totally ignoring Mr. Adams plea for me to be set free because I wasn’t involved in the robbery. However, Tennessee has a law that allows the “State to Prosecute” even if the victim doesn’t want — bigotry method to prosecute Black on Black crime. They also used my case to make new “entrapment law” as the drugs were shipped to the Narcotics Division not me! I just wish had been financially able to appeal it to a higher court. But had I been white I wouldn’t have even been prosecuted in Memphis but it’s no secret about the biased Judicial System in America, especially in the South where it’s WORSE!!!
My second case was when I returned to Memphis from L.A. to try and save my first marriage, but I had only brought a “carry-on” and needed more clothes, as it was taking much longer than I anticipated. So, I asked one brother to send me some of my clothes, but he concealed some PCP in a package for his brother in my luggage. However, he was so nervous at the airport in L.A. the attendant at the cargo area looked inside and found the PCP. He called the police but there was no case in L.A., as it was an illegal search, so they sent the suitcase to the Memphis Narcotics Division and they called me to pick up my suitcase and arrested me, my ex-wife and the other brother. Needless to say, the other brother who took me to the airport in Memphis severed his case and was pointing his finger at me, and it was my suitcase, thus I alone was convicted for THEIR scheme. My case is also one of many that is why you are asked today about the history of your luggage — I paid the cost.
My final case was driven by the fact that I had met my present Chamorro wife and she stuck out like a red sore thumb in my neighborhood and I purchased a shotgun for HER protection at the house alone. However, the ghetto is cutthroat, and a junkie found out I had a shotgun and reported me to the Feds so he could get the 1,000 being offered for reporting crimes, as I was a convicted felon with a shotgun. However, when they dusted the shotgun, they couldn’t even find any prints as the gun had been hanging on the wall ever since I purchased it. But that didn’t matter in Memphis, and I was convicted again but for the last time. I was the victim in all three of my cases!!!
Had I been a young white man I wouldn’t have any of these cases but that’s the nature of the system that works to lock up Blacks. My wife and I moved to the Marianas to raise our oldest daughter and to get away from the ghetto — Thank God and I have been a model citizen ever since, just one time when I beat up my own car in an argument that ended with disturbing the peace. The Guam Department of Education never even asked about my record where I taught and coached a winning Track Team at George Washington High. PSS uses Federal background checks and knows my side of the story and why I was given a chance to teach. I pray that this paper will not bring my record up again as after around seven times, it’s enough and boarders on SLANDER! Now everyone knows my side of the story but I’m not Zajhi with no intent to file a suit but if it continues I will, as it doesn’t hurt me to see my 50-year-old past being rehashed but I have a family, and they deserve BETTER & RESPECT! No one should have to defend themselves for their entire life, but a white man can have a criminal record of 34 counts with 57 still pending and can still run for President — see the ugly unfair problem (bigotry) within America and the CNMI. The CNMI should have been trying to exploit and use my 139 IQ and Economics Degree to the CNMI’s advantage opposed to trying to stop me because I’m an outsider with a record — it’s our BIGOTS to blame! But just read the comments to this and you will see what I mean about bigotry in the CNMI. One People, One Direction.
