TO the CNMI police, the Mayor’s Office and the Governor. A second attack on the elderly in their center is beyond reproach. It is disgusting that the great respect for these people has been promoted to the news media but with little or no safety measures being implemented or even considered. Shame is a good description but certainly far from the great depth held by the entire CNMI community!
