This type of abuse is rampant on Saipan as I have witnessed so many of these incidents. These vehicles are to be used for official government business only and not for personal use. Where’s the control? Do these people log in and out? Do they record mileage and time? Who is paying for the fuel and who holds the fuel card (gas card)? No wonder our government is in such sad shape!
Really there should be no reason why three people should be in one vehicle unless there are three bushcutters or equipment in the back of the truck which in this case there are none.
Governor Fitial, two of these people are non-essential and should be laid off.
