Stray dogs create a big problem here on Saipan, especially in Chinatown. Our maintenance people at the Aging Center are also complaining about the garbage that the stray dogs scatter in front of the gate of the center. It’s not good for the Manamko’, especially the bad odor.
I am calling the attention of Public Health to take a look at this problem. I am sure this spoiled garbage, which includes pampers, come from the homes around the Aging Center because they leave their garbage bins open.
