At school you meet new people and make friends. Then after high school, everyone goes their separate ways.
I have a story about three best friends who never saw each other for 20 years. Mitch was from Rota, Roman was from Tinian and Billy was from Saipan.
One day they all met at a shopping center and so Billy invited the other two for a barbeque at his residence.
While they were enjoying barbecue at Billy’s place, Mitch told his friends that his father was the best farmer on island.
“When he plants pumpkins and it is time for harvest, each pumpkin is as big as a picnic table,” Mitch said.
Roman said his father was the best fisherman on island. “He catches fish as big as a picnic table.”
Billy said his father was the best cook on island. “When he cooks he uses a big pot the size of a picnic table.”
Mitch and Roman didn’t believe Billy, who said: “Brothers, my father is going to use the big pot to cook the big pumpkin and the big fish.”
