It was not surprising to hear you were elected once again, considering your great leadership and honor for not just the people of American Samoa, but American citizens everywhere including those here in the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands.
The people of the CNMI have been privileged to have you protecting and looking out for our betterment and welfare. We will always be grateful for your endeavors and dedication in assisting us become a better commonwealth and look forward to further strengthening our relationship with you through our first ever delegate to the United States Congress, Mr. Gregorio “Kilili” Sablan. I am confident that your tutelage and guidance will be much appreciate and welcomed by Delegate Sablan.
